Very attentive and extremely friendly staff and deluxe hotel.
Savoury food, good service and delightful view of the lake. Location not far from lake, and the nearest port of San Antonio. Also, away from the main areas.

The remote location of this hotel offers a unique and peaceful experience. The stunning views of the surrounding volcanos and the lake are truly spectacular. The attentive staff provided excellent service during our stay.
The hotel is quite isolated and requires a private water taxi to access, which can be expensive. the lack of nearby activities or a restaurant on-site can make it difficult to plan meals or find things to do.
